Metal-coated paper

By using metal-coated paper metallic sheet can be achieved. The effect comes in use for sophisticated boxes or bottle labels.

On one side the paper has a shiny metal layer (e.g. silver or gold). This coating results a spectacular, glittering surface. The printed 4C colors are transparent. The gloss is perceptible on the whole surface of the print. Unwanted shine can be prevented with a white base print. Because of the white base print the colors look more vivid on the high-contrast print.

Uses are many-faceted: high quality advertising, packaging (CD / DVD sleeve, Box), dirt cover (booklet, catalog), invitations, etc.
